With 283 marks you might have possibilities of getting private medical college through state quota only if you belong to SC/ST category. If you belong to general category then getting a private medical college is a bit difficult. You might get seat in mop up round if you belong to general category. Since you have not mentioned your domicile state and your category it will be difficult for me to suggest you colleges. So i provided a link below which can help you to find colleges.
We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

Yes, you can get a mbbs seat private medical college via state quota but the fee scaling is going to be vary high.
Most of private collrgrs in india charges, 16 - 18 lacs per annum thats gonna 1 cr. for a complete MBBS course.
You can go for state counselling surely.

As you haven't mentioned your category hence I am considering here for the general category. You have secured 283 marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. With such a score , there are few chances of getting into the top or best or even good private medical colleges. But you can rather opt for getting admission in the low private medical colleges. I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have very less chance of getting into private medical college this year .Your marks is very less and if you are in general category it us very difficult to get into a private college,though you might have a chance for paid seat.
If you are in a reserved category like SC or ST, you have fair chance of getting I to a private college by state quota but all depends in your state rank.
