First of all , I presume that this is your CBSE class XII marks(To avoid confusion with TN state board , Sorry)
You are very much eligible to apply for the course. I'm pretty sure you'll be facing a pretty tough competition both among CBSE students and TN state board students since MCC is one of the most reputed colleges in Chennai.
