I got 4647 rank in du jat 2019 with a percentile score of 76.5 will i be able to get any college of du?????

First thing first, 4647 is not your rank. It's just a serial number.
Second thing is that the score is not your final score, class XII marks is yet to be added. If you have scored really well in your CBSE exams then yes you stand a chance to get admission in any of the college in DU
