Your rank seems not to be quite good to get a seat in a government college. Kindly wait till the last round and do the counselling wisely.



I also wanted you to see the previous year cut off ranks of different nit and other colleges so you can make your prediction much better . Kindly take wise decision.



If you are a fresher kindly wait a year I am sure you will get a IIT next year .

Unfortunately your  rank is lower to get admission in NIT Andhra Pradesh.You can try for private college.

It's very difficult to get admission in NIT Andhra Pradesh with this rank.only the branches like biotechnology, metallurgical and materials engineering, chemical will be available hardly.you may try out your luck.
