Hi Akshay, congratulations on your good rank. In my opinion you might be able to get GALGOTIA, KNIT SULTANPUR, AKG GHAZIABAD, JSS NOIDA or even BIET JHANSI and IET LUCKNOW tho CSE will be difficult there.
Apply for cse if you really want it, you might be able to get it.
