i got 58marks in ap eamcet engineering ,and 870in ipe ,and my caste is BCD

As per the marks that you had mentioned in ipe and eamcet,you are likely to get a rank between 25,000 to 30,000.It is difficult to predict the exact rank as variations occur every year.
You can try for colleges like
Madanapalle institute of technology and Science,
Sri venkateswara college of engineering, Tirupathi
Narayana engineering college etc
