Inorder to enter into all these elite institutes which you have listed here, for all of these you need to have a atleast a 75% score in Class 12th apart from the VIT college in VIT only you need to have only of 60% in pcm as the academic eligibility. So in your case if you have a 60%in pcm in Class 12th from any board then you can easily apply in to the VITEEE.

Hey Ronak,
If you are in top 20 percentile in your 12th board then you are elligible.
You are elligible for IIIT hyderabad. Check IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2018 – Check here
You can't take admission directly , you have to crack their respective exams.
