I got 75%ile my rank is 263140 general category can i get any NIT or IIIT or GFTI ?

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs or good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. Some of the GFTIs which you can get are enlisted below :-
- MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur
- RTU Kota
- KNIT Sultanpur
- Government Engineering College Bikaner
- Bikaner technical university
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
