i got 89% marks including 5 subjects in cbse 12th exam...am from sc category can i get admission in any govt college now????

First of all you have to give entrance exam for btech such as jee main or state entrance exam you can give either any one or both depending upon you but advise you to give both and depanding upon your rank you may be get government collage , and if you are not give any entrense exam then you can apply for some private collage
