i got 95.45 %tile in mains cat rank is 1528 but less in hsc i.e 63.23 % belongs to sc any chance of nits or iiits or gfti's or any govt col

Considering your cet score its really great to get you admission into any reputed goverment college .
Congratulation for your jee 2019 score .with sc quota you can get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits iiits or GFTIs.
But neglecting your jee score , as you have not cleared the minimum eligible criteria to get admission into any nits iiits or GFTIs that is your hsc percentage .
Atleast one candidate must have to score 75 percentage but as you are sc candidate you must have to scored 65 percent to get eligible .
