i got lot rank in JEE Main and i want to directly participate in csab without josaa as cutoff goes low in csab. can i do it mam,sir please answer this

Do not do this mistake.
Rule says that Now comes the most important point and it is, if you have not participated in JOSAA counseling and thinking to directly apply for CSAB counseling then you cannot do this. Only those candidates are allowed for CSAB counseling who have participated in JOSAA counseling but have not get any seats or desired seats in JOSAA round.
You should know that when seats are left unfilled in JOSAA then only CSAB comes in picture, and now suppose no seats are left vacant in JOSAA so you will be not get any seats so this is also a reason you have to participate in JOSAA anyhow. Now let us suppose that that seats remained vacant throughout the JOSAA counseling, so now somehow that vacant seat has to be fulfilled. For this there is a different board known as Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) which helps these premium colleges to fulfil the vacant seats.
So please do participate in JOSAA counseling even if you do not have chance to get seat in it if you are planning for CSAB counseling.
