I got OBC-NCL 3739 rank and home state Haryana will i get cs course in nit kurushetra

The previous year's OBC Home State cut-off for CSE at NIT Kurukshetra is 3757. Your chance of getting CSE is very less as your rank is nearer to the closing rank. And Closing ranks do vary each year. Let us hope for the best.
