I got only 45 percentile in CAT 2021. What to do now ? Can I get some decent college?

Your score was actually on a low side. Many colleges may not accept this score. It is better to give one more attempt, for getting admission into decent college. However, some colleges accept your percentile. These are as follows,
Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad; GITAM, Vishakhapatnam; KIIT, Gurgaon.
