i have 100 + views on my first 2 original songs ( not any cover song ) within 8 days of opening a youtube channel , then almost, how many time will it can take to reach 10k subscribers if i upload 2 video per week

Looks like you've got a headstart on YouTube within 8 days of your first video. This means that, your content delivery is good and as a result it has attracted some 100+ people towards your channel.
So, inorder to gain more subs(say like 10k) the consistency really matters i.e, constantly upload videos in your channel. Never lose hope and never reduce the number of videos you upload.
