I have 13 marks in xat 2019, can I get admission into tapmi?

The cutoff for PGDM programs at TAPMI is above 85 percentile and you have a very low score compared to that. I would suggest you to refrain from applying to TAPMI, or expect a call from TAPMI, Manipal.
