First of all please mention the name of University which you have applied for migration certificate. If the acknowledgement number is invalid then yo should directly contact to the concern authority. You can mail/call to the college authority regarding this. There might be a chance to resolve your issue within a day or two.  Migration certificate is a document provided by the School/College/University to the students so that they can get admissions into other institutions.
