I have cleared JEE mains January attempt and my rank is approx 15k to 20k. But my score in mathematics is 70 in my 12 board exam. But my overall percentage in board is 85%. I am a SC student. Can I get into NIT?

If your overall percent in the 12th is above 75% for the CBSE board then you can get admission in to the NITs and since your rank in 15-20k in the all India rank, then you can get admission in to the NIT for sure however, the branch may or may not be top branch depending upon the state.
