I have completed 3 sems of my bca and took just 1 year gap.now i wish to complete my bca in correspondence.is it possible?

That seems to be not possible. You will have to re apply for BCA course. But I will suggest you to confirm from your college if they can allow you for a regular course again from the year you took a gap.
Because in some colleges it is allowed.
Do confirm for the same.
