I have counted 145 marks in ntse 2020. come ducted on 3rd nov. am I able to qualify stage 1of ntse

hey,
cut off marks for ntse depends and varies on state to state. different state of india has different cut off. right now it is really difficult to predict.
however you can check the previous years state wise cutoff score from below link :
