i have done my basic registration for aiims pg and gave nov aiims 2019 ...but i need to change my category..can i create a new account by using new email id and password..does it works???

Your basic registration is good for as many times as you appear for AIIMS PG. Once the basic registration has been completed and accepted, you will not be able to make and any changes to the registration as long as you use that Basic Registration form to fill up your Final registration form and appear for AIIMS PG. But if you want to change your Category, because you cannot, you have to register for another Basic registration with a new and different email id and password. The mobile no# also has to be changed. But you cannot make changes to your November AIIMS application.

You cannot do this. You have already given the examination and now you will have to accept the results as it is according to the category you have mentioned. Registration link is closed already and making new registration will not help you anyway. So there is no way you can change it.
But, you can try to contact helpdesk. Maybe they can help you.
