I have not been alloted a seat in round 1, do I need to go to the ARC centre?

Hello,
If you are not alloted a seat in the 1st round of counselling , then there is no need of reporting at RC. Reporting at RC is just to pay the seat acceptance fee and choose between freeze ,float and slide.
If you are not alloted then you need not go to RC.
