Delhi students get a benefit of 85% domicile reservation, if you are a domicile of Delhi you might get admission in your desired course by the third cutoff.
Last year 1st cutoff for general was 92, you can expect it to dip down significantly by the third cutoff.

No, the last admission cutoff for BA in Economics for Ambedkar College was around 92.5% last year for General Delhi candidate. But, this is as per the last year's data and cutoffs may vary every year. But, 80% is too low for a general student to get admitted in Eco Hons. You can try for other courses and wait for the cutoff list.
