I have participated in both CSAB special round and JOSAA counselling but had not received refund in 4 months what should I do they are not picking up calls and not answering my e-mail Pls help

Dear Aspirant,
I suggest you should keep patience as the government never fails to refund the money. It is just a matter of time before you get you money. So don not stressed it as there might be some technical issues.
Maybe officials are not instructed to refund the money yet. However if the problem still continues you should contact higher authorities like MHRD.
