NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)

NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hi Sourabh,
I would like to tell you that after the implementation of NEET there is no state wise entrance test for admission in medicine related courses.
All admissions be it in a government college or private one, is done on the basis of NEET rank and score that you scored.
And you are always eligible to sit in the counselling of your state's medical seat counseling. Just make sure that you keep yourself updated with the dates around which the counselling begins in your state.
If you would have told your state name then that would have been easy but still do remember that state counselling starts around 2nd or 3rd week of June in respective states.
You can fill the application form and can appear in the process, if you clear the cutoff then you will be alloted a seat in the merit list.
All the best!
Admission to various medical colleges is done on the basis of two main quotas.one is state quota and another one is all india quota.
If you have domicile of any state then you are eligible for state quota in that state.85% seats are reserved for the natives of a state ,and 15% are left for people from other states.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best
Hope this helps
Good luck
