You may try for DNB. You may also get non-clinical seats in private or govt. medical colleges. Best of luck!

I think it's not possible to get clinics atbthis rank.You get anatomy/microbiology/pharmacology etc.If you are interested to clinics then you should be prepared for the next time.If u want to taste clinics then the best paraclinical subject is pathology.Now,It is your choice.Thank you
