I have uploaded the photo of larger dimension than prescribed in CAT application.What should I do?Will my application be cancelled?

You need not to worry about that. Your candidature or registration will not be cancelled. Provided that your photo must be clear and must be free of any descripancy. Dimensional instructions are given to keep file size smaller.
