I have wasted my 11 can i prepare for 12 and MHT CET. not studied single page of 11?

i can understand your thoughts,but you can survive further.you can give 12th andMHT CET but all you need to do is dont waste the time.+2 is gonna decide your career path so give more importance.
for mht cet,first get the syllabus and exam pattern from the below link:
