I have wrongly filled my qualification detail of GATE form as BTECH CSE instead of BTECH IT. Even though correction window is right now open, there is no option to change qualification detail. Can anybody tell me what to do?

Dear student,
The gate application form correction window was opened from 28th october till 13th November. So you could have changed your branch then. So you still have time to correct your mistake. Go ahead and correct it. To know more about the process you could check out this link:
