I hear that if we done CA and fill form of b.com non attending our b.com complete by giving some paper with CA then I can drop CA join MBA

Yes you join mba despite dropping CA. But to get into any management college you need complete your graduation in any of the domain you wish to pursue. It could be a regular recognised well established University like DELHI UNIVERSITY, AMITY UNIVERSITY or correspondence like IGNUE, DELHI UNIVERSITY.
