MBA is a masters degree is business administration, the course is offered in various colleges in all the states of India.
You should choose to study the course based on the colleges and not the cities they are in .
There are various good MBA colleges both in maharashtra and chennai. Make your choice based on the opportunities, internships, work experience, projects,faculty, placement records ,etc and not based on the state.
