I scored 1047 marks in 12th( tamilnadu state board) and my cgpa in B.sc mathematics is 8.5. can i get a seat for M.sc data science or M.sc business statistics in Vellore institute of technology?

The eligibility criteria for M.sc business statistics in VIT is
- The Candidate should have passed graduation in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Business/ Commerce / Economics/ Engineering from a recognized university.
- Also, the candidate should have at least 60% marks in UG
and, The eligibility criteria for M.sc data science in VIT is
- The candidate should have completed BE/BTech in CSE/ IT/ECE/EEE or BSc in Mathematics/Computer Science/ Physics/Statistics
- Also, the candidate need to have at least 60% marks in UG.
So, yes you can apply for MSc in VIT.
