I scored 93.7% in my state board . Can I get cse seat in any best engineering colleges?

Hello Harsha,
With only 12th marks you cannot get admission into any engineering college for CSE or any other branch. You will have to attend the entrence exam and should get enough qualifying marks to get into engineering colleges.
