No, there isn't any domicile requirement to apply for WBJEE.

However candidates belonging to West Bengal can only take admission to any government aided Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy College. Also, candidates belonging to reserved category are also eligible for admission.

For KCET there is a domicile requirement. According to the norms set by KEA , a candidate applying for KCET must be a resident of India and a domicile of Karnataka.

Also for RPET there is a domicile requirement, the applying candidates must be the domicile bearer of Rajasthan.

Candidates from any state can apply for WBJEE and get admission. However a candidate from different state cannot secure admission in a government college of westbengal, they can only get admission in private college. Through wbjee you can get admission in Jadhavpur university which is considered among top engineering colleges.

On the other hand, candidate from different state cannot give KCET because the eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have studied 7 yearsin karnataka. But the alternative of KCET is available as you can give Comedk uget examination which is open for candidates from different states.

The documents required for wbjee are:
Class 10 ^th Certificate or Date of Birth Certificate

Class 10 ^th Mark Sheet

Class 12 ^th Mark Sheet

Domicile Certificate for West Bengal (WB) Domiciled Candidates

Category Certificate (Applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B)

PwD Certificate (If Applicable)

Income Certificate (Applicable for Candidates Applying under TFW Scheme)

So if you are not from west bengal you would not need any residential proof. Same goes for the other exams, if you do not belong to that state ehich conducts these exams then you need not provide any residential certificates.
