Dear Deepak, for any University abroad to provide you scholarship, you havevtobhavecan impeccable academic record. And most Universities offer Financial Assistance and not Scholarship. There are many countries that offer MS and many courses that are categorised as MS. We will need more details on this front like your highest qualification, the country and course you are choosing. You need to appear for IELTS/TOEFL/GRE to be able to study abroad. And depending on these scores, your application gets shortlisted by the University. In short better the IELTS/TOEFL/GRE score, better the University.
