I want to know when will degree colleges resume for first year second year and third year in the offline mode according to the latest government guidelines released on 30 September 2020

Dear Applicant,
The government do have plans to reopening colleges for the students but so far it's not confirmed yet. No official order has been given out yet. Till then please be patient it is all done so that the students will be safe. So far the dates have been postponed to the next months and each state is giving a different date so you will have to see the rules and regulations offered by your state. So stay put, college will reopen sooner or later.
