i want to study abroad so can anyone advice which is good country for study aas indian student as low cost of living,tution fees etc.

If your selection criteria for country is only on the basis of costs involved, then Germany is your destination of choice.
Tuition fees in Germany is either zero or very minimal only to cover some administrative costs. But you'll need to address another problem too before deciding on Germany for education and that's language . Some courses might only be available only in German language and some might require language proficiency for admission. Check all the requirements for the course thoroughly before you decide
