For admission to B.Sc nursing course , you can apply for NEET exam after finishing 12th Std.
To give you an insight of the course,
B.Sc Nursing is a 4 year undergraduate course. It provides an opportunity for you to work in health care. The subjects required are Physics, Chemistry and Biology. As you have mentioned that you have taken Bio Science group, you are good to go.
The other eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The minimum age is 17 i.e, the aspirants should be 17 years as of December 31st of the year of admission.
- The candidate should have passed 12th Std with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with an aggregate of 45% for General category and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC category.
The exam pattern is as follows:
- There will be a total of 200 questions from which you will have to answer 180.
- The total marks are 720 for 180 questions
- 4 marks for each right answer
- One mark will be deducted for ach wrong answer.
- There are 4 parts: Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Each part has 2 sections.
- Section A has 35 mandatory questions. Section B has 15 questions out of which you have to answer any 10.
- The mode of the exam is offline.
Apart from NEET, there are some institutes that have separate exams for admission to BSc nursing. Some other entrance exams include:

BSc in Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course that focuses on providing detailed nursing to medical aspirants. The average salary received post completing the course ranges from INR 2.5 - 8 LPA.
For taking admission in Bsc. Nursing, one of the way is :
1) You have to give Neet ug after completing your +2.
Neet ug is an undergraduate exam . National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate (MBBS/BDS/Ayush Courses) every year. It is of 720 marks. It contains 200 questions with section A and section B. Section B questions have choices. In total, you have to do 180 questions of 4 marks each and negative marking of 1 mark is also there. It is one of the toughest exams in India.
It has 4 subjects:
Botany
Zoology
Chemistry
Physics
The syllabus of +1 and +2 is same as the syllabus of Neet , so you can crack it easily if you are good in +1 and +2 .
2) Provided on the basis of merit or entrance exams. Admission in Universities such as the Delhi University are provided on the basis of marks obtained in their Class 12 or equivalent examinations.
