Congratulations on passing your 10+2 graduation with a first class certificate .
So the answer is simple , yes you are very much eligible.for arts as well as science . A first class degree would help you pass a merit based selection basis very easily probably .
And if you have passed with such flying Colors I assume that you can do very well in your entrance exams as well .
