Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru are undoubtedly the IT HUBS of India. So of course, there are lot of job opportunities for CSE students here.
Majority of mass recruiters are software consultancy services. They help big companies all over tye world by developing softwares for them.
So definitely, they do need to send their employees abroad. You've a fair amount of chance to get opportunity to work abroad through these tech giants in India.
Getting a job at Google or Microsoft is a completely different thing though. As you might know, these dream companies have stopped taking campus placements. To get into these, you just have to work hard where you are. If you're great enough, Google and Microsoft will spot you in the crowd and you'll get a appointment letter magically!
