If I am failed in jee main which is conducted in January month can I apply for the test helded in April month?

A student can appear in both the sessions of Jee mains organized in January and April. If you even get very low percentile in the January session , you can appear for the April session. It does not depend on your percentile.

But keep an eye on the application filling date window. Also once you appear for the January session you can get an idea about the type of questions and prepare well for the January session.

Yes, u can apply for April chance, not matter whats ur percentile in January attempt, at last jee mains rank is given by best of two u given jee mains , and cut off suggest u in ur reservation in qualified of jee mains 2020 or not
