If i do not submit ews certificate during counselling of jossa then will i be considered as general category

Hi aspirant,
category will be decided at the time of document verification. You need to submit ews certificate at the time of document verification so that you will get ews certificate. If you will fail to provide then you will get transfer to the general category.
