If I get a seat in round 1 & choose float option till spot round (if do not get seat in other rounds), Will I lose that seat in UPSEE 2019?

Hi aspirant,
Yes, you will lose that seat. You can only participate in spot round if you have not got a seat till last round. But since you already have a seat in last round, it will automatically be frozen. You won't have the option to float it in last round. You cannot withdraw the seat in last round.
