ih i have completed my diploma in com engenering without +2(higher secondary) and has an desire to join ifos (indian forest service) which cources would be my best choice such as bsc forestry +

The eligibility criteria of Indian Forest Service is passed bachelor's degree in agriculture, forestry, engineering or graduation with at least one of the subject such as botany, zoology, physics, chemistry, statistics, animal husbandry, geology and mathematics. I feel if you can pursue BTech then go ahead with it, that will be more aligned with your former educational qualifications that is diploma in engineering, and in case of other BSc degree courses you must check out the eligibility criteria of the specific college you're interested to apply for, as various other colleges may have different criteria in terms of specific educational qualifications.

but does the bsc forestry and agre degrees have some perks over the engineering for ifs
and whodunit they prefer degree more closer to the nature than the engg field
the think is that i an not interested in the engineering field and diploma is eligible for some of the BSc and ba degrees such as forestry etc
