In 1 counseling I got alloted into Mgit and then in 2 counseling I got alloted into Mvsr, there is a fee differ. so how do I get refund?

You need to visit MGIT and request to withdraw your seat, once accepted your refund will be initiated. If failed to do so before given date, you need to deposit full fee of the course.
