In EAMCET 2019 counselling happen in three round first was it started from 27 July 28 July the second round of the counselling was started from 29 July to 30 July and the last round was started from 31st July 2 August..

Yes apeamcet does include the third round of counselling for sure , there is no denying the fact that the exam has the best candidate and for that even students are eager to enter for what it makes the third counselling a necessity. So just ewai for it.
