In cat, due to lengthy passages I attempted 14 in verbal, 16 in dilr and 21 in Quant. May I know my approx. Percentile.

It is okay if you are able to attempt 14 questions. The percentile will completely depend on the accuracy with which you answer the questions. More the accuracy, more will be the percentile.
Moreover, yes there are sectional cut-offs for IIMs. Each college has its own overall cut-off as well as sectional cut-off for the three sections.

The number of attempts only cannot give a clear picture of how much percentile will you get. THis largely depends upon your accuracy as well.
