in Karnataka state counseling if I get some xyz college in first round which is my 10th priority but if I change my mind and in 2nd round I want my 12th priority to be considered so can I upgrade my 12th priority to 9th or so so that I can grab that seat?

In the case of upgrade in any counselling if you get the college at 10th priority but if you put for upgrade in 2nd round then it is that you will get college which are above the college in the list that you have got and you don't get college which is below in list.If your rank is nice then you should apply for upgrade and if you don't get seat in further rounds then your seat will stay with you.
