You didn't mention your marks ,your category and name of state to which you belong , nevermind,last year closing rank for ESIC medical college,gulbarga from unreserved category was99170,116953 from OBC ,227239 from SC and 132788 from ST category under state quota. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
So you can only secure a seat if you get rank less than these.
