As per your rank 41102, if we look upon previous year cutoff then we can come to conclusion that you might not crack CSE in Vellore and Chennai.
There are other branches which you might crack. They are:-
(1)Bio medical in Vellore
(2) Production and industrial Engg. in vellore
(3) Fashion tech. in chennai
