hi,
in generally graduate candidates of b.a b.com (//b.com) , bsc candidates are hires through amcat exam or the basis on the direct recruitment process of mncs, in general the job roles are support profile, like process associate, customer support executive , business analyst role, so of all there will be interview as technical and hr, in technical question will be asked related with your roles, mostly for support profile, they usually check your confidence level, you communication skills, problem solving attitude, eagerness for learning.
another thing is your cv also plays a vital role, so always write whatever skill you have and you know really well in your cv.
